Order information
When you start checkout, TALVERA collects the contact and shipping details you enter so the order can be processed, verified and fulfilled. Payment credentials and card details are handled by PayPal; TALVERA does not receive or store your PayPal password or full card details.
Payment provider
Shipping information needed for the transaction is sent to PayPal as part of secure checkout. PayPal processes information under its own privacy terms.
Storage and use
Completed-order records are stored in private server storage outside the public website. Information is used for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations, and should not be made publicly accessible.
Customer reviews
When you submit a review, TALVERA collects the display name, rating, review text, email address, optional TALVERA order ID and optional photos you provide. Your email is used privately for review verification and is not displayed with the public review. Approved public reviews may display your chosen name, rating, review text, verification status and approved photos. Review submissions and media are stored in private server storage until approved for public display.
Your choices
Do not submit checkout information if you do not want it used to process an order. For an order-related privacy request, retain your TALVERA order reference and PayPal receipt so the transaction can be identified. Contact support@talvera.store.
